Elements of Floral Design Composition

The composition of designing with flowers is always a fascinating one. It's always changing and that's why I love being around flowers. It's never the same. So, I thought I would play around by starting off with one arrangement and take out one main focal point flower and add in another into its place. Kinda crazy how it changed the arrangement into a whole new composition each time.  

Peonies being the main focal point first 

Then just by taking out the peonies and adding red French Tulips this happened…

… the line of the Tulips gives so much movement to the arrangement

Then lastly changing it up taking out the Tulips and adding a mix of blue Delphinium…

… it's so wild and free now

Just a fun little project seeing how much one element can change the whole composition of an arrangement. Floral ART is pretty cool!
